-This form is required for TCTC and other events. Once it is filled out for 2019, you do not have to re-fill it out. If you are not sure, put "Need to compete."
2. You will need to fill out a waiver for Just Jump Trampoline Park and turn it into Matt Mosher. You can pick one up at the CCC Welcome desk or download the form (LINK HERE) to print at home.
